  1. Greetings,

Dogs should have right for expression, how they can, only they can bark, rolling on grounds and moving their tales, nothing more?
A pet dog was killed in Faridabad, FIR No. 13 dated 9-1-2011 lodged with the Police Station, Sarai Khwaja but local Police tried to dodged the complainant, at last owner of dog met founder chairman of the People for Animals ( PFA ) Haryana Naresh Kadyan, representative of the Italy based NGO the International Organisation for Animal Protection - OIPA in India, local Commissioner of Police was approached then FIR was lodged against offenders but till now accused were not yet arrested. Offenders are free to pressurized the complainant.
Now question arise that whether barking is a basic rights of a dog or not and why this dog was killed for no reasons?, hence we demands immediate arrest of all accused because proof of burden on the offenders side, let concerned local court may try and decide this matter and complainant needs to be protected from accused sides for natural justice to a dog, owner as well. OIPA in India and PFA Haryana appreciate the prompt action but justice yet to be given to the dog ' Pepsi '. AWBI to look into for amendment in the toothless legislation for animals PCA Act, 1960.
There are many more points yet to be looked into :
    1. Cruel illegal animal transportation is going on and so called animal rights activist along with Police are accepting bribe.
    2. Illegal slaughter houses, milk dairies are still working openly and Monkey performance - snake dance along with owl demonstration continues, langur hired to keep monkeys away as well.
    3. Oxytocin injections are openly traded and misused on animals, fruits and vegetables.
    4. Mongoose hairs paint brushes, conchs are openly traded and used.
    5. Elephant being an National heritage animal openly traded, abused for pride, joy, publicity and begging tools.
    6. District Hon. Wildlife Wardens / State Wildlife Advisory Board / Animal Welfare Board / Livestock Development Board / Gausewa Ayog yet to be constituted and we strongly proposed and recommended Naresh Kadyan services to be utilized, his tireless service should be recognized, suitably rewarded, delegate Police power as per section 34.
    7. Infirmaries as per section 35 of the PCA Act, 1960 are not yet set up nor SPCA's, Dog rules, 2001 committees as well, animal being an state subject you can proposed strong legislation for animal rights / Welfare. Naresh Kadyan compiled a animal related laws book in Hindi be used.
    8. OIPA in India - PFA Haryana may kindly be asked to coordinate workshops, awareness camps via on spot treatment, enforcement of existed laws etc.
9.Common sparrow disappear like Vultures in India, OIPA in India - PFA Haryana going to launch nest during animal welfare fortnight and you are requested to send your message for publication to :
Abhishek Kadyan, Media Adviser to OIPA in India, C-38, Rose Apartment, Prashant Vihar, sector-14, Rohini, DELHI - 110085.
